1)python3 -m pip uninstall distro-info
2)sudo apt-get reinstall python3-distro-info

I have multiple versions of python installed... not sure of the path
that was used .
However of the versions that may have been used ...
the only "distro" I see is
python3.8 -m pip list | grep distro

the ssl module in Python
@Kent - do you have distro-info installed from pip? You can check via
pip list.
