This package appears to exist in a broken form in Karmic, but is not installable because of a version more than 1.5 years old (version 1.2) that is currently bundled depends upon the python-xml package that was dropped after the Jaunty release: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/calendarser
