I can crash Konqueror 3.5.2 under KDE 3.5.2 using 6.06.2 52-69 consistently.
Tho the crashes are spontaneous.

The latest version of KDE4 is only available with Hardy (current stable
Ubutu release) or Intrepid (not recommended, still quite unstable).
If you are able to install Hardy, please follow the instructions here:
