Reproduced as follows on 18.04.1 / Gnome-Shell: apt-get install photoprint click on (top left) "show applications" icon and search for "photoprint". right-click icon, add to favorites. click icon on panel to start the application. a separate "broken" icon now shows on the panel for the running app
