I am unable to reproduce this bug. If it is a problem with an add-
on/extension, then I don't think this is the place to file the bug
report. I will leave the bug as incomplete, perhaps somebody else will
be able to confirm it. If we determine that it is a problem simply with
a third party exten

I can't confirm this bug, in my thunderbird (2.0.0.6) this doesn't happen.
Please, could you tell us which thunderbird and ubuntu versions are you using,
