Private headers are unstable API/ABI so they add us many problems like
marking private symbols, rebuilding all reverse dependencies when
something changes, dealing with build failures, etc.

Okay, granted, in this case these private headers are needed for working
on a commercial application (can't disclose this one).
I don't think KDE currently needs this.

Hi! We usually ship private headers only when some other Qt module needs
them. We can also make an exception in case some packaged KDE software
starts to need these headers. What needs them in your case?
