As apport-cli led to the same situation as before, I tried step 2, but I
couldn't find any recent error reported on that page.

That's not what I meant. The 'ubuntu-bug yourfile.crash' command will
create a new bug. If it doesn't then try 'apport-cli yourfile.crash'
instead.
