Please try this fix till they add any support. Go to remmina -> (+)
button -> basic (tab) -> set 'color depth = 256 colours (8 bbp)'.
add "server name" and "address". and hit "save and close".

The workaround is to choose a Color Depth which does not require H264
(GFX RFX, RFX, 32bpp or 16bpp, or one which works), save it as default,
save the profile and connect.
