kernel and the 4.15.0-43 for me (Ubuntu 18.04 and derivatives) despite I
installed the bluetooth firmware for my rtl8723bs card. I installed the

Wow, I just upgraded to 18.04 and after the restart bluetooth was gone.
I tried to restart a couple of times, no deal, then I turned off and on
again, and it worked!
My device is this one:

The issue started with the first upgrade from kernel 4.15.0-13.
With kernel 4.15.0-13 bluetooth is working.
With every other after - included 4.17-rc1 (test done) - bluetooth is
disabled.
