Well when I've reported this bug, it was intended for Ubuntu 7.10 but it seams
that it has just migrated to Hardy... By the way my processor is "Intel Core 2
Duo Processor T7500".

Which version of Ubuntu are you using? A few of us have the same issue
with Hardy 8.04 Beta 1. I think this may be a duplicate of #194187.
