the texlive-latex-base package because in the current sta

texlive-base-bin
texlive-common
texllive-doc-base
texlive-fonts-recommended
texlive-latex-base
texlive-music
So I have got latex package a4wide installed via synaptic in one of the
above. But a4.sty was not included.
I have not installed texlive-latex-recommended.
