* buginfo: fixed import error with buginfo (LP: #173079)
* bugnumbers: added ability to filter on quantity of subscribers
* bugnumbers: added ability to filter on quantity of duplicates

I fixed this ImportError .main branch ~rev193
To use "buginfo" you have to add extra commandline-options, for example:
$ ./buginfo --bugnr 12345 --title --tags
No cookie-file found
isdn does not work, fritz avm (pnp?)
