I have juste upgraded my distro to 18.04 and I am still experiencing
this issue. I'm just about to desolder the motors from this crap lol
this is unbelievable. Why is this not an issue on windows?

The problem is now fixed on bionic with kernel 4.15 and bluez 5.48, here
