This problem which I had twice this morning has disappeared now on a new
installation of L.17.04 20170412, so obviously there was a download
problem earlier with the adobe flash-plugin. Sorry for this fuzz. I will
delete this bug in the test results.

I installed from zesty-desktop-i386.iso (without fetching any
proprietary packages). After rebooting into the installed system I could
install flashplugin-installer (and the whole lubuntu-restricted-extras).
It seems this bug affects only the installation of Lubuntu itself, or
maybe it is dependin
