Hi Julio,
The page is displayed in the preferred language specified by your
browser. You can change that to English if you want. In Firefox: Edit ->
Preferences -> Content -> Languages; change it so English is at the top
of that list.
The reason for the mixed languages is that the translation to
Refiling against ubuntu-docs as per footer of page referred to.
