This is related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/assimp/+bug/1589949 Although marked as "fix released" due to new version available in yakkety, it relies on a fixed version of the patch in debian, not on a fix upstream because 3.3 did not change this part, only the patch for 3.3 is now
