The -dbg packages got dropped in favor of the automatically created -dbgsym packages a while ago. This is happening on a large scale in Debian and Ubuntu. You can use the -dbgsym ones from http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/universe/p/plasma-workspace/, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash
