The missing vim registry entry file, /usr/share/vim/registry/vim-
vimoutliner.yaml, is now part of the vim-vimoutliner package as of
version 0.3.4-8 which is used by 8.04 and 8.10.
If a member of UbuntuBugControl reads this, I would recommend that the
status is updated to Low. This is because the

I use vimoutliner also. After upgrading from Feisty to Gutsy,
vimoutliner stopped working.
The reason is that the addon path /usr/share/vim/addons has been removed
from /usr/share/vim/debian.vim.
Probably this was done in line with the new vim policy cited above so
