This issues was before upgrade to current Ubuntu version. There were no kernel that work properly with this stuff. I've installed kernel 4.9.0-040900rc1-generic. And miracle happen. Brightness hotkeys works and do brightness change. acpi_listen shows "button/lid LID close" and "button/lid LID op
