I fixed the .crash and filed it for you as bug 1629375.

What exactly did you uninstall that enabled the Printers panel to work
and what did you install that made it start
Reinstalled and now again crashes.
Seems to be related to #1565170 cups-pk-helper-mechanism crashed with
signal 5 in g_variant_new_va()

It's invalid because I'm having you file a new bug instead because there
is not enough information here for us to diagnose the crash.
Do you see anything in /var/crash/ related to gnome-control-center?
