Keyboard layout alone would not explain a change to the numeric format
used (0. -> 0,). It may be that choosing the keyboard layout
causes the language to be inferred at some point where it should not, or
defaulted at some point that does not get correctly updated internally
within some ru
As the keyboard layout MAY BE the cause of the error, the language set
up is not responsible of that. I have encountered the same bug with this
