It sounds like maybe I don't want to use -d except on the current to
current+1 tests? If you don't object to that, I'll look at getting it
implemented.

The meta-release file issue was sorted out so I'm going to mark this as
Invalid (Fix Released seems incorrect since nothing in update-manager
changed).

If you run 'do-release-upgrade' it will try to upgrade to Wily (we skip
End of Life releases and wily isn't yet EoL in the meta-release file and
LP), if you use the -d switch it won't skip releases and will try and
upgrade to utopic. For upgrade testing we aren't interested in upgrades
from T to U
