Please open a new bug for this issue. Since there are very many changes to how
the suspend works since Hoary (5.04), the chances of the being the same and
being fixed here are slim.

This bug is in fact alive and well. Just installed Intrepid on Acer
1362 WLMi. Power management all seems to work, except laptop fails to
resume from suspend.
