I've got the same problem...
Attached is the log requested in the comment above.
I tried to remove all my rhythmbox prefs by deleting everything that showed up
with this command :
find . -name "*rhythmbox*"
But my plugin preferences were still saved, and Jamendo still didn't
work.

please try to run rhythmbox with the following command: rhythmbox
--debug &>rhythmbox-debug.txt and attach that file to the report.

Could you please launch rhythmbox from a terminal, such as gnome-terminal and
see if give you any arror when you try to access the Jamendo.
