I'm not fond of adding gconf-editor to the seeds, so we should just wait
for xfce devs to release xfce-power-manager

I should add that this is on Xubuntu Gutsy 7.10.
I suppose I could also change the description to something like:
Gconf-editor package is needed to fully configure screen locking options
in Xubuntu Gutsy.
That might be a little clearer description of my issue.
