Looks better, but:
- you should list all changes that you carry over from previous ubuntu versions
- your changelog looks wrong as only the last ubuntu version is showing. Where
are all the previous ubuntu changes?
As a reference, have a look at how the changelog of 0.9-3ubuntu1 has
been done.

obviously shows remaining Ubuntu changes?
