I actually had to add Multi-Arch: foreign to all binaries of python-
setuptools and then it works.
Looking at the table in [1] it does seem like the correct solution?

I tried that, unfortunately:

I think the problem is that doxyqml is not marked "Multi-Arch: foreign".
And in unity8 build-depends "python3-setuptools" most probably should be
"python3-setuptools:any".
But I'm not too sure.
