Found a third drawback. Link a protected folder (e.g. /bin) to your home
folder, then you can't delete the link anymore.

The attached screenshot shows my Music folder opened through the home
folder, and through the link placed on the desktop. They ARE the same
folder, given that deleting a folder in one means it disappearing from
the other.
Then, why are there two windows instead just one? Doesn't this go
