I've created Celestia 1.6.2 for Debian/Ubuntu and created automated deb
packages building recipe for all supported Ubuntu releases (including
20.04 LTS - Focal Fosa), see

Same problem here. Yet they're apparently referenced and downloadable
here:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/xenial/+search?text=celestia
and appear to work.
Some kind of bug/glitch in the repos?
