True, I agree. However, the GUI does not let you know about it. You could
put some comments in the description letting know it should be installed
manually, otherwise, a regular user will have a hard time figuring it out.
Anyway, this is just my personal opinion on it.

I think this is a common issue with dkms modules, since you would need
to have the key in order to sign the built modules.
