No there are not bug reports for the fixed issues, they were reported
via the Ubuntu MATE COmmunity forum on release day. No .pot update
required. And yes, 16.04.9.1 is fine :-)

has been submitted to the PPA.

either the patch should be more targeted or if the other issues it fixes
