Thanks for the reply. Because 16.04 is out in two days, I will first try
the upgrade, and then if the bug is still there I will try the upstream
kernel.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.6 kernel[0].
