We will have to pass the stage from "agreeing something is wrong" to
"understanding or at least reproducing what is wrong".

The system also looks as it is in various problems - the kernel often
reports vblank issues and dumps traces, also it seems that network in
general or at least towards the configured NTP and DNS seems to be down.
Could you share a bit about the configuration related to that
(networking/ntp/dns) -
