abhijit can you confirm and we can merge them. If this is the case it
appears to be due to Google Toolbar.

I'm also facing the same problem.
Firefox hangs when any I click on any popup link. I selected/deselected
the popup-blocker option from firefox preferences.. but does not work.
Everytime I click on a popup link, the firefox window becomes gray
(signaling inactive) and i've to kill and restart fire
There is no request for further information on this bug!
