Hello,
I try to put in my ubuntu touch the Breton language (br) for already 2 years. I
learned many things by reading this post, thank you.
I actually did translations for Touch but not for any ubuntu string. following
the recommendation of david Plannela.

Ok, so there was a slight misunderstanding here. The bug that was
causing the language-packs to be ignored was fixed, so we actually
generate language-packs for the selected languages correctly now. What
didn't happen was: we didn't include those by default in our images. Eh.
