In the locale, right before selection field of keyboard, it shows me like this
,please see the attached screenshot.
anyway,whether I choose "yes" or "no" the result is same as it is written in
the description.

It happened whenever I choose language as Korean
but, when I tried it in English , it shows me proper keyboard layouts
please see the screenshot.
I assume that it is a language related issue.
