It's still a best-efforts solution to a proprietary and restrictive
system, so I wouldn't blame Banshee or the developers. But I'm glad to

I've been running 0.13.2 compiled from source on gutsy and it doesn't
seem to have this problem. That doesn't mean that iPod handling is in
any way stable but it does seem like you can close this particular bug.

Can you possibly test this on 0.13.2 (available in Hardy) to see if you
have the problem there? There were some improvements in the iPod
handling in this version.
