Bugs,
I've got exactly the same problem as unimatrix. Hanging at 50% when
installing 8.10 64-bit in VirtualBox. The network indicator is flashing
for quite a while at the start of the "Scanning the mirror" phase but
stops when it hits 50%. Using the Australian time zone.

I did try to find the proper package, but I had no idea what to chose.
Searched for both "install" and "installer" and there where multiple
pages of results. Looked for something that mentions "alternate".
