Just for the record, "Twinkle not working" is a duplicate of this bug.
This is quite a bit more important than "wording on first run of
twinkle-console could be improved". I can confirm that it doesn't work
at all, even with a valid profile. Opinions may vary, I would call that
a critical bug.
