related. Removing lubuntu-artwork and calling this incomplete.

FWIW - I do not think this is a Lubuntu artwork" bug, IMHO it is a lxqt
bug.

The problem is solved in Fedora with updated lxqt packages, hope it
helps you solve
For the icons that do not display, please grep an example .desktop file
in /usr/share/applications for Icon. Then do an `ls -al` on that
location. Does it not exist? Is it a broken symlink? Permission issues,
perhaps?
