I've found that I experience the bug when I connect via NetworkManager,
but if I shut off NetworkManager and invoke wpa_supplicant directly, the
problem does not occur! So somehow it has to do with NetworkManager's
use of wpa_supplicant.

Relevant syslog when the disconnect occurs. This seems to happen more
or less randomly, I'm not doing anything in particular when it happens.
