The Juju QA team listed ubuntu proposed testing as a gap we would fix. I
think we can setup daily build using using proposed for each supported
series and arch to prevent regressions getting into updates

So with some help from mgz I think I found the source package that was
failing to build and I can't reproduce the problem :/ I still thing it
must be a stray GOARCH=ppc64 in the environment, but I don't have a clue
where this could be coming from.
