Oh and Novell never really forked OpenOffice.org, there are lots of
patches in go-oo most of which Sun can take if they actually want to
(they are sitting in their bug tracker filed against bugs).

Sorry for not seeing this bug earlier.
The OpenOffice.org included in Ubuntu is the go-oo version. The go-oo
version is the official Sun version with a lot of patches added to it.
Most linux distributions actually ship the go-oo version without making
a big fuss about it.
