Replace use of DejaVuSansMono by courier and drop dependency on the
texlive-fonts-extra package (which is in universe).

that requires virt isolation, checks that there is exactly one mount,
restarts the service and checks that there is exactly one mount again?
Unless there's a good reason not to, I'd like to see a dep8 test for the

Impact: When running "/etc/init.d/dpdk start" the path used does not
include /usr/bin, which causes in the end hugetlbfs to be mounted a
second time.
Fix: Replace the offending commands by sed and additionally add /usr/bin
to the path just in case.
Testcase: Manually ru
