he guys, updated Kernel to 4.2.0-18-generic and the btrfs error showed up again. [170600.559206] blk_update_request: I/O error, dev vda, sector 13941312 [170600.567399] BTRFS: bdev /dev/vda1 errs: wr 3, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 0, gen 0 so its not fixed by now. i've send the apport report. *

Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem? Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.3 kernel[0
