Actually, Hardy still has 0.10.0 according to

But I just wanted to point out to Gutsy users that an up-to-date package is
available from a trustworthy source (at least, that's what I consid
0.10.1 is in Hardy.

Gpodder 0.9.4 is broken beyond usable for me.
Open the Preferences-Dialog, select the Download Tab and press the
"Close"-Button. This will cause it to use 100% CPU leaving gpodder and
the Dialog open until you kill it hard.
