The bluefish .desktop file mentions the categories Development and
WebDevelopment accordingly to the fd.o standard and its functionality.
This will unlikely be changed. You might rethink the default menu design
and change it accordingly or you should discuss this on the fd.o mailing

The placement of this package should not rely on the status of the
package Quanta. Bluefish, Quanta, Cssed and Im sure many others of a
similar function are put in the programming category. As a user this
caused my some consternation as I could not find the program I just
thought I had installed in
Quanta package removed in Hardy, so no more bug fixing is contemplated.
