There is no need for this module for lpia since the menlow platforms do
not have this device (or even a way for an ODM/OEM's to add the device
since menlow devices do not have any PCI slots.)

This module is now present on the lpiacompat flavour, which fixes my
problem. However, it is not present in the lpia flavour, and I'm not
sure whether it should be.
