The monitor database does not contain any information about the aspect
ratio. But you are right for the generic screens we could guess it from
the screen name, but I haven't found the time to code this before
freeze.

Here's the requested attachment. Most importantly, I can't press the
'Test' button anymore, so it doesn't hang. The system is currently fully

Please update your system. Strange you should not be allowed to click on
the test button, since the intel driver does not support this feature
reliable.
Furthermore I recommend to update your system. There should be a
"widescreen monitor" button in the monitor model dialog. The intel
driver is ok.
