First, what steps did you take to try to enable the rsh server? Your
bug report only shows that you've run the rsh client, not that you've
installed an rsh server.
Second, why, in 2015, are you trying to use rsh? Even if you get an rsh
server running, rsh is absolutely unsupported by Canonical a
